Group Projects is part of the family-owned Goodhope Group, one of New Zealand’s pioneering companies in developing intensified subdivisions and housing developments.

With a combined experience in developing properties and construction for over 50 years, Goodhope Group has been carrying out successful projects ranging from commercial and residential renovations, construction, to civil and roading works.

Goodhope Group History

Goodhope Group has a strong history in building construction with origins that can be traced back to the company’s first commercial venture in 2000. Goodhope Projects Leadership Team

QUINTON LI

Managing Director

Quinton founded Goodhope Projects in 2019. As the managing director of the company, Quinton overseas the operations of the company and asserts strict quality control to ensure the successful delivery of each project.

A qualified architectural designer, Quinton has wide spread interests in property development, architecture and urban issues as well as other business interests in landscaping and retail.

SANDY KWOK

Operations

Sandy joined Goodhope Projects in 2022 as a Office Manager, and in 2023 she became Operations Manager, with oversight of all the company’s day to day operation needs.

Sandy has a double major in Marketing and Economics from the University of Auckland and is a qualified banker with over 10 years experience in the banking sector.

MONTY PINI

Site Manager

Monty joined Goodhope Projects in 2019, as one of the first employees of the company, and in 2021 he became Site Manager. Monty oversees all of the company’s development projects.
